Please note that whilst almost all services are returning to normal, we are working hard to catch up on the appointments and procedures that have been delayed due to Covid-19 and patients will be contacted in due course. For any non-urgent queries please in the first instance refer to the Elective Surgery Phase 5 frequently asked questions as this may answer your question and if not please email us at email@example.com which will be monitored regularly. If you have an urgent query, please contact us on 01481 238565.
Although the Bailiwick of Guernsey is now in Phase 5 of the exit strategy, there are hygiene requirements which we ask all patients to adhere to and we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures in our clinical and reception areas. All patients will be requested to sanitise their hands on arrival in the reception areas.
We would also appreciate if patients would respect the personal space of others as per public health guidance, so we have adjusted the seating in our waiting areas to provide suitable spacing.
Please do not attend the Medical Specialist Group if you are displaying any of the following symptoms – headache, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, muscle ache, fatigue or fever. Please notify your consultants secretary as soon as possible if you are unwell and unable to attend your appointment or procedure. If you are displaying any of the coronavirus symptoms or have any clinical questions regarding the coronavirus, please call Public Health 01481 756938 or 01481 756969.
These measures will remain in place and will be regularly reviewed.
