Please note that as of Monday 1st February 2021 the Medical Specialist Group opening times will be changing to 9am to 5pm for all patient appointments.
We would also appreciate if patients would respect the personal space of others as per public health guidance, so we have adjusted the seating in our waiting areas to provide suitable spacing. Masks will also need to be worn to be able to enter the MSG premises and hand sanitiser used when entering. A mask can be provided upon request.
Please do not attend the Medical Specialist Group if you are displaying any of the following symptoms – headache, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, muscle ache, fatigue or fever. Please notify your consultants secretary as soon as possible if you are unwell and unable to attend your appointment or procedure. The first duty of the Medical Specialist Group LLP is to ensure that it meets the requirements of its contract with the States of Guernsey to provide a high standard of secondary healthcare for Guernsey, Alderney & Herm residents.
Patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. Please contact us prior to your appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
