Our dedicated team of support staff are integral to the smooth running of the group. Together with the clinicians, we always put our patients first so that they feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
Our team includes surgical assistants, nurses and admin staff who support the consultants directly as well as leadership roles, finance, governance and IT.
We are a partnership of consultants contracted to provide specialist medical services to the islands of Guernsey. We are owned, led, and run by a team of 55 passionate medical professionals.
Sitting within its own independent healthcare model outside the NHS, Guernsey’s healthcare structure allows our consultants to have greater involvement in high-quality direct patient care and make a big difference to a small community.
