Graduating in India in 1994, he did his general professional training in medicine in the UK. He continued to gain experience in oncology posts at various hospitals over the next ten years culminating in completion of specialist training in medical oncology in 2010.
He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and is on the specialist register of the GMC. He is also a member of Association of Cancer Physicians, European Society of Medical Oncology and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
He has a special interest in the management of upper and lower gastrointestinal cancer, melanoma and gynaecological malignancies.
