With 17 years’ experience at consultant level before moving to the island, he has also lectured students at Salford University and Manchester University. In his sub-specialty of shoulder surgery, he uses the latest techniques of arthroscopic and open surgery as well as arthroplasty surgery and reconstruction of soft tissue. He is very experienced in the management of complex injuries and uses plastic surgical reconstructive techniques that he has modified and developed during his orthopaedic career.
“Most patients have some form of pain and or disability and all ages can be helped. I find it fulfilling to see patients after a procedure able to return to work and sporting activity and be much happier with their quality of life.”
Outside work, Mr Webber likes to go to the gym and sail between the islands and he finds travelling relaxing and enjoyable.
