Ophthalmology

Diagnosing, treating and preventing eye problems.

If you are experiencing problems with your sight, we understand the impact this can have on your enjoyment of daily activities.

Depending on the severity of your condition, it may even restrict your independence.

Our expert ophthalmologists (eye specialists) use some of the latest medical treatments to prevent or treat a wide range of eye problems, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts and glaucoma. We also screen premature babies to check for any signs of retina problems.

We offer fast access to diagnostic tests and scans and can often arrange for you to see a consultant within a few days.
